NEW HEAD OFFICE

Simply have recently re-located to The Print Mill in Elland. The building is an old carding mill dating back to 1859. The mill had been signposted for demolition, but we believed that the mill was a landmark and a building of historical importance to local people. We took it as our moral duty to purchase the mill and begin the essential repairs to bring the mill back to life. We are in the process of renovating the building. The renovations include the creation of a bespoke, custom-built training room. We have incorporated solar panels into the new mill roof, allowing us to generate more than enough electricity to power our Simply vans!

ELECTRIC VANS

Simply are fully committed to ensuring the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution. In our mission to ‘go green’ we have recently purchased four fully electric service vans and an electric sales vehicle. We will continue to replace our diesel vehicles with electric vehicles. By removing five diesel vehicles from our fleet, and replacing them with electric vehicles, we have significantly reduced our emissions. We have reduced our carbon dioxide emissions by 166 grams per kilometre travelled for every diesel vehicle replaced.

SOLAR PANELS

Simply have opted for renewable energy by installing solar panels to the entire south facing side of our head office roof within 2022. With the increase in electrically powered vehicles in our fleet, we are conscious of our increased demand for electricity and the impact this would have on the electricity network. To operate with an increasingly electric fleet, we need to generate that electricity ourselves, wherever possible.

CARDBOARD BALER

Simply have recently purchased cardboard baler which compresses the cardboard, making it more efficient to recycle.

WARRANTIES

All of the Guldmann products we offer come with a standard two-year warranty. We are happy to offer extended warranties up to ten years. All call outs, labour costs and repairs are included within the warranty period. Our engineers are on call 24/7, 365 days per year.

FIRST TIME FIX

Simply have a 100% first time fix rate, on any ceiling track hoist supplied by us.

IMPRESSIVE SYSTEM INSTALLED

An impressive system installed at @HadrianSchool in Newcastle, spanning 23m long and 8m wide. The room is now ready for the trampolines.

Personal Care Rooms were installed by Simply Moving and Sleeping, providing enough room for non-ambulant students to move around and for staff to help them if necessary, taking account of manual handling and transfer arrangements.

Class 3 weigh scale
